1. Digital Products
Salsagridulce sells digital Sample Packs containing audio files and chord progressions. No physical products or individual samples are sold.

2. Payment & Delivery
All products are digital. After successful payment, the purchased Sample Pack will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

3. Refunds
All digital product sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once access to or downloading of the digital product has begun.

By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access or downloading begins, as permitted by applicable EU consumer law.

4. Copyright & License

All Salsagridulce Sample Packs and audio files remain the intellectual property of Salsagridulce. By purchasing a Sample Pack, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the included samples in your own music and audio projects, including commercial releases.

You may edit, chop, process, layer, and combine the samples with other sounds. You may release and monetize music created using the samples without owing additional royalties to Salsagridulce.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or make the original samples available as standalone files or as part of another sample pack or sound library.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights applicable under EU law.
