1. Digital Products
Salsagridulce sells digital Sample Packs containing audio files and chord progressions. No physical products or individual samples are sold.

2. License
Your purchase gives you license to use the included audio files in your own music, including commercial releases.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or make the original files available to third parties, or repackage them as another sample pack. Purchasing a Sample Pack does not transfer ownership of the original audio files.

3. Payment & Delivery
All products are digital. After successful payment, the purchased Sample Pack will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

4. Refunds
All digital product sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once access to or downloading of the digital product has begun.

By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access or downloading begins, as permitted by applicable EU consumer law.

5. Copyright
All Salsagridulce Sample Packs, audio files, artwork, branding, and website content remain the property of Salsagridulce or their respective rights holders.
